WILL THERE BE BREAKFAST AVAILABLE IN THE LOUNGE?

At our facilities in Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport we provide freshly catered snacks‚ as well as muffins‚ pastries‚ yogurts, smoothies and fresh fruit‚ along with an extensive selection of hot and cold beverages (non-alcoholic).
At our facilities in Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport we provide some limited snacks along with an extensive selection of hot and cold beverages (non-alcoholic).

WHAT DO THE FACILITIES IN THE LOUNGE COST?

Our guests enjoy the lounge and its amenities free of charge. Everything on offer to you within the lounge is complimentary – excluding items you wish to purchase from our Safari Boutique.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM IN SOUTH AFRICA FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD AND HAVE ONLY HARD CASE LUGGAGE WITH ME?

We offer soft baggage at an additional cost. Return passengers can store their remaining luggage with us until their return free of charge. Alternatively, we will provide you with the opportunity to repack your bags ahead of checking in for your flight with FedAir.

DO YOU OFFER SERVICES SPECIFICALLY TAILORED FOR FLYING CORPORATE GROUPS?

CAN I FLY TO CAPE TOWN‚ PLETTENBERG BAY‚ MOZAMBIQUE‚ WINDHOEK‚ MAUN‚ VICTORIA FALLS OR THE WEST COAST?

Yes‚ you can‚ but only as a charter flight.

WHERE WILL I BE MET FOR THE COMPLIMENTARY MEET AND GREET?

At Johannesburg we meet our guests in the main arrivals welcome area after collecting baggage and clearing the customs zone. Our Meet & Greet colleagues will be positioned next to the FedAir stand.

In Kruger, Mpumalanga International Airport we meet our guests in the baggage claim areas. Our Meet & Greet Guest Services will be there to assist.

IS THERE A PLACE TO ‘FRESHEN UP’ AFTER MY LONG-HAUL FLIGHT TO SOUTH AFRICA?

Yes‚ at our facilities in Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport we have shower facilities to revive yourself before enjoying a fresh cup of coffee and freshly catered snacks in the lounge.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE GUESTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS & REQUIREMENTS?

We welcome guests who have special requirements, such as persons with reduced mobilities, visually impaired, hearing impaired etc. Please note that‚ due to aviation regulations there may be a few restrictions. Please contact shuttle@fedair.com for more information.

ARE THERE ANY SPECIFIC RULES PERTAINING TO CHILDREN?

Children are not permitted to travel without an adult (a person aged 16 or over). For the purpose of this we consider children any child aged less than 16 years.
